Job Summary

GILL ONWARD ENTERPRISES INC. is seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and coordinating selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants, and review candidate inventories to ensure the best fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
