  • Dispatch and Coordination: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle operator work, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to urgent calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
  • Logistics and Planning: Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Knowledge and Compliance: Maintain knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
