Job Summary

EcoWise Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other structures
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Operate cranes and other equipment as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance work and clean up construction sites
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials
