About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at HT & JB MULTISERVICES LTD. as a key member of our bakery department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, and desserts according to recipes and customer orders
  • Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock levels and orders
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a bakery or related field is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Working Conditions
  • 36 to 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
