Responsibilities:

Job Description:

  • We collaborate with Business Project Leads to develop project plans and schedules.
  • We guide project/program management roles (budget, risk, change, opportunity, and resource allocation management) for projects or programs.
  • We develop and implement project management life-cycles through suitable project management principles such as PDLC, PMBoK, SDLC.
  • We facilitate requirements gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements using best practice methods and tools.
  • We own the creation and communication of a project plan to identify key milestones & deliverables regarding criticality, downstream impact if dates are missed and determine alternative/mitigating actions.
  • We ensure high-quality deliverables are achieved, on-time and in-budget by monitoring project deliverables and escalating when required to mitigate risks.
  • We manage project scope and changes, provide timely, concise communications to functional and executive leadership regarding project status and pending issues.

  • We identify issues and potential risks within the project; proactively manage them to resolution and/or mitigation with the assistance of the Process and Technical Leads.
  • We act as the Project Lead in the development of the project plan, design and implementation plan in accordance to Client requirements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in project management, preferably with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology training and hours preferred; requires full project life-cycle and team leadership experience with large-scale implementations; demands cross-functional information technology/business analysis background; requires a minimum of 4-6 years directly related and progressively responsible experience, and management and/or project leadership experience.
