We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Maple Leaf Foods. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performance team and driving excellence in food safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of production staff to achieve daily and weekly production targets
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements
  • Secondary School Diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
