We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Abercrombie Video and Variety. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate a cash register, handling cash, credit card, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
