Wireless Sales Associate role involves selling wireless devices, plans, and accessories, processing new activations, upgrades, and prepaid plans, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will be the go-to person to connect customers with the right wireless solutions for their needs. You will sell wireless devices, plans, and accessories, and process new activations and upgrades.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sell wireless devices, plans, and accessories
  • Process new activations and upgrades
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work with a multi-carrier platform: Rogers, Bell, Telus, Koodo, Fido, Public Mobile, Freedom Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Lucky Mobile, and Chatr

Walmart Canada has partnered with OSL to operate its wireless kiosk locations across Canada. As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, processing new activations, upgrades, and prepaid plans, and selling wireless devices, plans, and accessories.

You will be an expert on our multi-carrier platform, working with customers to find the right wireless solutions for their needs. You will be passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service, and you will be hungry to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
