Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
