Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Oneness Insurance Agency Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
  • Investigate and resolve labour disputes and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Conduct research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
  • Administer benefit, employment equity, and other human resources programs.
  • Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Research and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure the effective delivery of human resources services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • 32 hours per week.
