Pest Control Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team at Express Pest Control. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting buildings and outside areas to detect signs of infestation, providing estimates of costs, and determining the type of treatment required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect buildings and outside areas to detect signs of infestation
  • Provide estimates of costs and determine the type of treatment required
  • Prepare and spray chemical mixtures on infested areas
  • Fumigate households
  • Place and set traps to capture and remove animals
  • Clean out areas that harbor pests
  • Advise clients on how to prevent pest infestation
Work Environment:

As a Pest Control Technician, you will work in various locations, including residential and commercial settings. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure effective pest control services.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in pest control or a related field
