Welcome to Find Your Fun, a Wizards of the Coast Studio dedicated to crafting imaginative gameplay for kids.

We are seeking an experienced Principal Game Designer to join our team and define the overall design vision for our mobile games aimed at young children. This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure our games balance creativity, exploration, and digital play while aligning with safe, child-friendly monetization strategies.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in game design, with at least 3 years in a senior design role for mobile games, ideally within live service environments. They will also have a proven track record of building and delivering engaging game mechanics and content that resonate with a young audience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced designer to play a key role in our studio's growth and shape its future as a first-party studio of digital gaming at Wizards of the Coast. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality, imaginative content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the design vision for new and existing live-service mobile games.
  • Drive the development of fresh, engaging content that captivates children.
  • Define and implement core game mechanics, systems, and features that drive engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure harmonious integration of design and monetization strategies into gameplay loops.
