Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Supervisor to join our team at The Royal Palace Ab Inc. As a key member of our front-end development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

You will be responsible for hiring and training new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.

Authorize Payments and Order Merchandise

You will be responsible for authorizing payments by cheque and ordering merchandise as needed.

Establish Work Schedules and Prepare Reports

You will be responsible for establishing work schedules and preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.

Resolve Issues and Organize Inventory

You will be responsible for resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and organizing and maintaining inventory.

Supervise and Coordinate Activities

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

You must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Language

You must be fluent in English.

Work Hours

You must be available to work 35 hours per week.
