Job Title: International Logistics Manager

We are seeking an experienced International Logistics Manager to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our logistics division, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and training to the operations team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage international shipments effectively.
  • Oversee the management of international shipments, including customs clearance, freight forwarding, and logistics coordination.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to reduce logistics costs and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking and tracing.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics management.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a must.
  • Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics is an asset.
