We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team at AdventHealth Kansas City's Lenexa clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to provide high-quality primary care services to patients in the community.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver exceptional patient care through thorough medical evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
- Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical procedures, medications, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
**Requirements:**
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- 1-2 years of experience in primary care settings, preferably in a similar role.
- Active licensure in Kansas and DEA registration.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
