Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of kitchen and food service helpers to ensure the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Standing for extended periods
