Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at MS DRYWALL LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, assigning duties and responsibilities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, implementing price and credit policies to maximize sales.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staffing and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, planning and organizing daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.

  • Organizational: Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Team Player: Team player with a customer-focused approach.
