Retail Store Manager

Mudgill Sales Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
Sales Floor ManagementAssign sales staff to duties, including customer service, sales, and visual merchandising, to ensure that the sales floor is always fully staffed and that customers are receiving the best possible service.
Inventory ManagementOversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are always accurate and that stock is rotated regularly to prevent spoilage.
Customer ServiceEnsure that customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to customer complaints and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
Reporting and AnalysisPrepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Performance ManagementConduct regular performance reviews with sales staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance and meet sales targets.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
