Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory and Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Bedard - Human Resources | Ressources humaines. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Warehouse Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and accounted for.
  2. Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies to ensure that our inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
  3. Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that goods are received and shipped in a timely manner, and that all necessary documentation is completed.
  4. Team Supervision: Supervise and train new employees on warehouse procedures and policies, and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and other relevant data, and provide regular reports to management on warehouse performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
