Job Summary

The Caregiver is a vital member of our home care team, working under the supervision of the Care Coordinator to provide various personal care services as necessary to meet clients' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Personal care and ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Accompanying clients on outings and shopping for groceries
  • Medication reminders and ambulation assistance
  • Providing companionship and documenting client care
Qualifications
  • Current clean background check or willingness to obtain one
  • Ability to travel within the service area
  • Access to the internet and a mobile phone
