Job Title: Executive Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Secretary to join our team at Bhagyalaxmi Hospitality Inc.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Train and develop other staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maximize productivity.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage travel arrangements, and make reservations as needed.
  • Manage training and development strategies to improve employee performance.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked office environment.
  • Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure error-free communication.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
