Project Scheduler Opportunity at Tetra Tech

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in our Pickering office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling functions for engineering, procurement, maintenance updates, and analysis of integrated schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on planning, scheduling, administration, and controls
  • Development, maintenance, updates, and analysis of integrated schedules for engineering, procurement, and construction projects
  • Ensuring regular update reports detailing status, performance, critical paths, and analysis are provided to responsible managers
  • Monitoring and analyzing resource utilization
  • Use of Primavera P6 scheduling software and Microsoft Project
  • Interface with customers on schedule integration and other issues as required

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in project controls with intermediate to senior-level experience in planning, scheduling, and costing
  • A university degree in a related field
  • Extensive experience working on large projects, preferably in the Energy sector
  • Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera P6, as well as MS Access, Excel, and Word
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a diverse team environment
  • Previous experience in an engineering consulting environment providing services to utilities industry would be considered an asset
