Whistler Squirrel Cleaning Inc. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and maintenance, with experience in supervising staff and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in cleaning and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
