Job Summary

GTA COUNTERTOP & RENOVATION LTD is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to support our on-site operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials, as well as erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, and other structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, and other structures to support construction operations
  • Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Support framing, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites
  • Operate equipment and machinery as needed
Requirements
  • Reliable and physically capable individual
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work at heights
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, on-road position with variable hours (30-40 hours per week). The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
