Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at T&P Elegant Nails Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily store operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the store, including managing staff, assigning duties, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze store performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, including setting goals, establishing priorities, and allocating resources.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train staff, assign tasks, and evaluate performance to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Study Market Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date on market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Determine Merchandise and Services: Decide which products and services to offer, including selecting merchandise for resale and developing marketing strategies.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credits policies to ensure that our customers receive fair and competitive prices.
- Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise: Source and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring that it meets our quality standards.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to promote our products and services, including developing advertising campaigns and promotional materials.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Establish and manage budgets, track revenues and expenses, and make adjustments as needed to ensure that our store remains profitable.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Assess staffing needs and make recommendations to ensure that our store has the right number of staff to meet customer demand.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, resolve supply shortages, and handle other issues that may arise.
- Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Attract, select, and train staff, and supervise their performance to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Oversee Payroll Administration: Manage payroll, including processing payrolls, handling benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Supervise and train office and volunteer staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
