Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at T&P Elegant Nails Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff and assigning duties
- Evaluate daily store operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Plan and organize daily store operations, including managing inventory and supplies
- Manage staff and assign duties, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop strategies to meet that demand
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including selecting and procuring products for resale
- Implement price and credits policies, including managing inventory and supplies
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, including managing inventory and supplies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and its products
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, including managing inventory and supplies
- Determine staffing requirements, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of accounting software, database software, and project management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
