Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Meal Program Worker at Fort St. James Secondary. This is a continuing position that requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our meal program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the daily functions of the School District 91 Meal Program, including food preparation, serving, and cleanup.
  • Work collaboratively with the school community to provide a positive and inclusive dining experience for students and staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
