  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to support kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to meet health and safety regulations.
