Job Title: Shipping Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shipping Sales Representative to join our team at Fastenal Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  • Provide advice about merchandise and ensure that customers receive the best possible products for their needs
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
