Job Title: Shipping Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shipping Sales Representative to join our team at Fastenal Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  • Provide advice about merchandise and products
  • Provide customer service and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
