About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Construction Assistant at ELEGANCE Commercial Construction LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Pre-Operational Inspection: Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Site Support: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, clean and pile salvaged materials, and perform routine maintenance work.
  • Site Cleanup: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Physically demanding work environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and attention to detail required.
  • Physical Capabilities: Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
Personal Qualities and Experience
