Nurse Aide Job Description

At Ontario Inc., we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients with care and attention to detail.
  • Deliver messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain patients' rooms, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines, promoting physical activity and mobility.
  • Manage inventory of supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Bathe, dress, and groom patients with dignity and respect.
  • Transport patients between care facilities, using wheelchairs or stretchers as needed.
  • Respond to call signals, determining patients' needs and providing assistance.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations, prioritizing patient safety.
