Parts Shipper/Receiver Job Description

Inland Truck & Equipment is a leading provider of heavy-duty truck and equipment sales, service, and parts. We are seeking a skilled Parts Shipper/Receiver to join our team in Castlegar, BC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately package and ship parts orders to meet delivery schedules.
  • Receive and inspect incoming parts, ensuring correct quantities and no damage.
  • Assist with stocking and posting orders to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts.
  • Help parts drivers with loading and unloading parts.
  • Report low stock levels to the Parts Manager.
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts and pulling orders from printed packing slips.
  • Handle core returns and assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of related experience and/or training.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift 30kgs/70lbs and use non-powered equipment.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Forklift Certification.
