We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Content Manager to lead our visual storytelling efforts and bring our marketing content to life. As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative assets that deepen advisor and client understanding and engagement with our content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Creative Assets: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling designs, graphics, video, and other forms of mixed media that align with our marketing and content strategy.
  • Understand Business Objectives and Target Audiences: Develop a deep understanding of our business objectives, target audiences, and marketing strategy to deliver designs and visual assets that meet their needs.
  • Apply Brand Standards: Apply Raymond James brand standards to all design work, adapting as necessary to meet the requirements of different channels and audiences.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Colleagues: Work closely with marketing colleagues to develop and propose designs that align with their strategies and iterate on design concepts and drafts.
  • Identify and Recommend Visual Approaches: Identify and recommend visual or mixed media approaches based on analytics and best practices to augment content and work with the content team to finalize the product.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Brand Standards: Work with marketing colleagues in the US to remain up-to-date on brand standards and how to apply them to our marketing products in Canada.
  • Lead Complex Content Development: Lead complex content development on projects requiring new value messaging and ensure messaging alignment and consistency across the firm.
  • Collaborate with the AVP, Marketing Content: Collaborate with the AVP, Marketing Content on the team strategy and lead strategic initiatives on behalf of the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts/Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in creative direction, design, and marketing communications
  • Detailed eye for colour, design, visual hierarchy, animation, accessibility, and typography
  • Agile problem solver with ability to prioritize and appreciate feedback
  • Interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively across the business and communicate with colleagues to find solutions
  • Operates with a high degree of accountability and proactivity
