The Role: As Assistant General Manager at Pickford & Black, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations, including staffing, scheduling, and cost controls. You will work closely with the General Manager and management team to achieve our goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be on providing quality service to our guests and creating a positive working culture among our team members.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and demonstrate the Pickford & Black vision to all team members.
  • Coach and motivate team members to provide a memorable guest experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to meet all projected goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve staff productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage conflicts and resolve problems in a fair and professional manner.
  • Take ownership of front-of-house duties, including hosting, bartending, serving, and expediting.
