About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team at VHA Home HealthCare.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality, client-centred care to individuals in need of nutritional support. This includes preparing detailed reports for health professionals and educating staff members on healthy eating and proper nutrition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for clients with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide education and training to staff on nutrition-related topics.
