Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at SNJ Holdings Incorporated.
Job Summary:The Building Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our facilities. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance operations.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment with a 30 to 40 hour workweek.
- English language proficiency.
- Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Work in a hotel, motel, or resort setting.
