About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Coordinator to join our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our Workplace team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all Asana employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Vancouver office, including vendor management, reception, deliveries, and office supplies.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with landlords, facilities vendors, and other external partners.
  • Coordinate office-wide events, celebrations, and traditions, and partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Partner with People and IT to ensure smooth onboarding of new employees and ongoing operational support.
  • Help coordinate and support regional onboarding sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Global Workplace team to ensure our office meets global standards of office design, maintenance, organization, and safety and security.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of direct customer service experience and 2-5 years of office operations experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for creating a positive employee experience through ongoing operational support.
  • An independent worker with a driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A self-starter who can come up with innovative ideas to surprise and delight employees.
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and projects.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments and manage conflict constructively.
