Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Care Specialist to join our team at dentalcorp. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry and be licensed by provincial or territorial authorities.
  • They will also have experience in private practice and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Examine patients' teeth, gums, and surrounding tissue to diagnose and treat oral health issues.
  • Hire and train staff to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Plan and implement dental health treatment plans tailored to individual patients' needs.
  • Restore, extract, and replace diseased and decayed teeth using various techniques and materials.
  • Perform oral surgery, periodontal surgery, and other treatments as required.
  • Design and fit bridgework, provide appliances, and write fabrication instructions for use by denturists and dental technicians.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices to promote healthy teeth and gums.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
