We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Pet Counsellor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and helping our guests find solutions for their pets' needs.

About the Role

This is a part-time position that requires a flexible schedule. If you have a passion for animals and enjoy working with people, we encourage you to apply. As a Pet Counsellor, you will be responsible for educating our guests about the four basic needs of their pets and providing them with the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest has an amazing experience
• Educate guests about the four basic needs of their pets (behavioural, maintenance, environmental, and nutritional)
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge and skills
