About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join our team at BKY Technologies. As a key member of our MSP team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through top-quality service and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize end-user concerns by addressing issues with empathy and urgency, ensuring user satisfaction is at the forefront of all technical decisions and solutions.
  • Implement and optimize hybrid and cloud network environments, including Azure.
  • Automate and streamline network processes using scripting, such as PowerShell and Python.
  • Lead disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, switches, and security systems.
  • Deliver customer-centric solutions and provide tier 2/3 support for escalations.
  • Manage, deploy, and optimize hybrid network infrastructure across on-premise, cloud, and multi-cloud environments.
  • Implement network automation and scripting to streamline repetitive tasks, enhancing efficiency across client environments.
  • Identify and mitigate security risks proactively across all network environments, ensuring compliance with industry security standards.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of network administration experience.
  • Expertise in DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Active Directory, Windows Server & Desktop environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, security protocols, and automation scripting.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure management, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation.
