As a Staff Pharmacist in our Pharmacy Operations department, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality pharmaceutical care for our patients.

You'll be responsible for dispensing prescriptions in accordance with provincial regulations and company policies, aligning with all regulatory and legal requirements.

This includes training and supervising dispensary staff, maintaining pharmacy inventory, presenting a professional image, and providing friendly customer service.

You'll also participate in cycle counting and reconciling of inventory, perform technical, therapeutic, and electronic MAR checks, and minimize medication incidents according to company policies and procedures.

In addition, you'll assist in ensuring timely and accurate completion of third-party processing, billing, re-submissions, and reporting.

You'll be required to maintain alignment with all federal and provincial pharmacy regulations, including being licensed with the NB College of Pharmacists and in good standing.

A minimum of two years of experience as a pharmacist in a long-term care, retail, and/or hospital pharmacy setting is preferred.
