We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at GroupM. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client paid search and ecommerce initiatives. This includes developing strategy and executing Google search & Amazon campaigns based on client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage Google Search & Amazon campaigns for Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Create and execute strategic search & Ecommerce plans that meet client goals.
  • Define campaign strategies and deliverables plans that exceed client expectations.
  • Present and gain client approval on campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Oversee and deliver on account management business processes.
  • Maintain positive client relationships, expectations, and communications.
  • Forecast, generate, and maximize revenue opportunities with clients.
  • Monitor, track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of search advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon) and experience in account/client management. A high level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, is also required. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
