Our mission

We are looking for a Product Innovation Specialist to join our team and assist us in recommending the best products to launch to increase profitability in our organization.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the implementation of GAM's Generative AI technology program
  • Work directly with generative AI working group to evaluate use cases
  • Maintain related connect site and resources
  • Update supporting materials for GAM Generative AI steerco
  • Support management of quarterly Hackathons
  • Collaborate on generative AI application development through all stages
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with business stakeholders, design, and development teams
  • Produce reports of findings of proof of concepts to support recommendations
  • Support development of pilot programs with SaaS vendors and SRMA documentation
  • Maintenance of program roadmap

Requirements:

  • Ambitious Individual: A motivated and goal-oriented individual who can take ownership of projects and deliver results.
  • Business Analysis Expertise: In-depth knowledge of business analysis principles and practices, including requirement gathering and planning.
  • Product Development Skills: Experience working closely with product managers to design and develop products/services/offerings using market information.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effective relationships built by understanding key partner needs and demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Digital Design Thinking: Understanding of digital design thinking principles and practices.
  • Software Architecture: Knowledge of software architecture principles and practices.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Experience facilitating workshops and meetings.
  • Self-Directed Work Style: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in banking domain.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and long-term disability. We also offer flexible hybrid policy, RRSP with employer's contribution up to 4%, higher education certification policy, and on-demand Udemy for Business access.
