Join us as we look for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. This role involves working with a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

The Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with a team to build digital applications integrating ML solutions for users.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and leadership in ML projects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into various product features.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights in large datasets to inform decision-making.
  • Implement and optimize ML models for high availability, scalability, and performance in production environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with AI/ML advancements and apply them to improve systems.
  • Participate in continuous learning and knowledge sharing to stay at the forefront of technology.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ML models and data pipelines.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for ML models and processes.

The Requirements:

  • A minimum 5-7 years of experience in software development, including hands-on expertise in machine learning.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor junior engineers.
  • Proficiency in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or similar.
  • Experience building digital applications using Django or SpringBoot frameworks.
  • Data handling and pipeline development, including proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies, including Gen AI, LLMs, and semantic search.
  • Understanding of security architecture and data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for continuous learning and innovation.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
