Job Title: Retail Sales AssociateAbout the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at K-Town Carpets and Flooring Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records for inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet the needs of customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently to process sales transactions.
  • Maintain sales records to track inventory levels and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Assist in display of merchandise to showcase products and promote sales.
  • Perform data entry to update inventory levels and sales data.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service.
