Security Operations Coordinator

Paladin Security is committed to providing exceptional customer service and creating a safer and friendlier community. We're seeking a highly skilled Operations Scheduler/PRC to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage multiple systems, schedules, and check-ins to ensure seamless operations.
- Track and deploy security staff effectively, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
- Communicate with clients and security staff through various channels, including email and phone calls.
- Update and maintain the company database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve scheduling and operational goals.
- Process cancellations and fill openings in the daily schedule, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Strategically plan schedules to optimize resource utilization and minimize unnecessary overtime.
- Provide information to staff regarding additional shifts, coverages, and shift availability.
- Consistently update management with accurate daily Open Shift Logs.
- Perform various other duties as needed to support operational needs.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of the security industry is preferred.
- Proficient in computer usage, with the ability to learn Paladin's TEAM software.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Superior customer service skills, including exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Employment Standards Legislation and Human Rights Legislation.
- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is preferred.
