About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at DXB Logistics Inc. as an Area Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Oversee the planning and control of budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales and ensure compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure a high-performing sales team.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
