  • Risk Assessment: Identify and assess risks associated with various business decisions and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Data Interpretation: Translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide analytical support.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in decision analysis.
  • Data Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize data trends and insights effectively.
  • Data Management: Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and manage data from various databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • ~3+ years of experience in decision analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly and concisely.
