Job Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Lead Generation Representative to join our team as a key contributor to our outside sales team. This role involves developing, qualifying leads, and booking appointments to drive business growth and revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting: Utilize phone and email to identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with new clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Proactively engage with prospects to identify qualified leads and set up appointments for outside sales representatives.
  • Lead Nurturing: Gather data, identify potential sales opportunities, and confirm interest with existing clients.
  • Data Management: Update CRM customer data and record information from new leads and prospects.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet monthly quotas for closed business and sales-qualified leads in Salesforce.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Proficient oral and written communication in French is essential.
  • Drive and Resourcefulness: Discover new potential business opportunities and meet performance targets.
  • Volume Handling: Handle high-volume prospecting calls, appointments, and lead generation.
  • Professionalism: Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the outside sales team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
